I’m a professional chef with 13 years of experience. I graduated from culinary school in Split, Croatia, and I have worked alongside some of the best chefs in Split, Dalmatia, and across Croatia, where I learned deeply about both the craft and the profession.

I currently lead the kitchen as head chef in Split at a restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide. I focus on honest Dalmatian flavors, precise technique, and attention to detail in every service.
